Leading this team, working outside the military command chain, is a special agent of Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Marc Harmon), an auspicious researcher who is smart, fierce and ready to break the rules,to do the job. Gibbs is special agent Tony Dinnzo (Weatherley), a former murder detective who has an instinct that can only come from working on the streets. .
